香喷喷 美味的香菇焖鸭[图]

先用盐、糖、酒、酱油、胡椒粉、姜片、生粉、生油把切好的鸭块腌半个小时。待

起锅放油、放姜。

再把腌好的鸭块放下锅,不能急于翻炒,要把一边煎到金黄才翻身,这样不会粘

香菇泡好待用。

加上适量的水和已泡好的香菇一起放下锅,焖40分钟左右。
